Updates...

Sorry....it's been like, a month since my last post. I have been having loads of things to do, and apart from it...well...just laziness..

Updates from me are...

* I have passed my oral presentation for my memoire (dissertation) !!! Can you believe that!! Omg....this one is a HUGE relieve.... and it went quite well. And the juries even told me not to worry for the results and that I could go home and sleep well...haha... And I've got compliments for my french proficiency from Mr. Olmedo, i just hope he was sincere... Woohoo!! I have another one more interview on Monday about my application to Master 2. I'm quite confident that it will go ok...

* My mum and brother came about two weeks ago, and already left. I had such a great time bringing them around Toulouse and Carcassonne, eventhough most of the times it was raining. It was quite tiring moments as well since we had to endure lots of trips on the train and planes to reach Dresden, Germany. But I was very excited about visiting the city which turned out really pretty and peaceful. We had the chance to step our feet in Berlin too. It was fun! Me and my bro exploring the city, taking lame pictures!

* I have started my training in the Universite d'ete. It is not a very exciting training, not much to do. However, the highlight of this training is that I get to spend times with Daniella, a Bulgarian girl who turns out to be a very nice, sympathique and funny girl. We spent our times getting to know each other, talking alot about our lifes, or sometimes just listening to Mdme Redondo (our responsable) telling her life stories, mostly about her cats! haha! And the good thing about this training is that, I have to force myself to speak french at ALL times, no exception! It is kinda tiring by the end of the day, but I feel accomplished :)

* Pierre-Louis is now in Paris, working again in the Louvre just like last summer. So, now I am home alone in Toulouse. It's kinda depressing sometimes....missing his presence, but I know I gotta make myself busy and probably should catch up with Bozena and Danielle and enjoy this coming summer!

* La Fete de la Musique was quite a dissappointment in general, nothing good to shake ur booty with except the percussion group who played for a while. The rest was just like the whole youngsters, drinkers and drunken Toulousains coming out that nite and breaking beer bottles plus the HEAVY RAIN! Quelle merde, on peut dire...
